Your Role:

 

The Team Lead for Resolution Team for regions APAC and NA will oversee a team responsible for resolving invoice discrepancies and ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time received through different intake channels such as request management and email escalations. The Team Leader coordinates and ensures to achieve optimum quality and efficiency, coaches team members to improve performance and responsible to lead the effective and profitable results for the team

 

  • Team Leadership – leading and managing a team of invoice issue resolution specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
  • Discrepancy Resolution – overseeing the investigation and resolution of invoice discrepancies, including communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process Improvement – identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the invoice issue resolution process, potentially through automation or system enhancements
  • Reporting and Analysis – generating reports on invoice discrepancies, analyzing trends, and identifying root causes to implement preventive measures
  • Collaboration – working closely with Finance, Procurement and other relevant functions to address systematic issues and improve processes
  • Training and Development – providing training to team members and ensuring their professional development in the area of invoice issue resolution
  • Compliance and Audit – ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal audit requirements related to invoice processing and resolution.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as people manager, with functional focus on issue resolution related to Procurement/Source2Pay processes
  • Strong customer end-user focus to provide quality and timely responses to stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc. and invoice resolution processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
