Your Role:
People Management:
- Lead the recruitment, training, and engagement of team members.
- Set individual and team goals, conduct performance evaluations, and address employee grievances.
- Coach and mentor employees to maximize their potential and career growth.
- Facilitate career planning discussions and manage separations as needed.
KPI Management:
- Monitor and meet process KPIs, implementing problem-solving strategies when targets are missed.
- Develop and execute solutions to restore business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Finance Master Data Management:
- Oversee the management of Finance Master Data, including General Ledger (GL), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Internal Orders (IO), and Cost Centers (CC).
- Represent and handle SAP/ERP migrations, ensuring data integrity and validation during the migration process.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Business Process Experts (BPEs) on migration and process transformation projects.
Operations Oversight:
- Oversee the execution of tickets and requests for Finance Master Data creation and maintenance.
- Represent Finance Master Data delivery operations in the Change Control Board (CCB) and review critical requests.
- Execute internal controls and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing queries.
Transfer Pricing Management:
- Oversee the operations of transfer pricing interfaces across tools, ERPs, and systems.
- Identify and flag issues, error logs, and critical errors in transfer pricing to relevant GPOs/BPEs and stakeholders promptly.
- Review and approve new flow processes (Buy-Sell) in the system to facilitate inter-company invoicing.
Business Intelligence and Data Visualization:
- Discuss and review data visualization requests to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Manage a team of Tableau developers to ensure successful rollout and maintenance of dashboards.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and implement necessary changes to reporting tools.
- Initiate discussions on retiring, decommissioning, or updating obsolete dashboards annually.
- Bridge communication between IT technical teams, data management teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insights to end-users.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or CPA preferred but not a requirement.
- Proven experience in operations management, finance master data management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership/people management skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
