Main responsibilities of the role

Meet the sales target:
-
Promote and sell company products (medications, medical devices, etc.) to healthcare professionals.

Meet both the quantity and peso value of each SKU in transfer sales by following annual brand strategies and tactics.

Weekly track the sales performance (achievement rate vs target) and propose the stock level in Sub-Distributors.

Ensure sufficient product, disease knowledge and selling skills:
-
Fully commitment to the assigned trainings (online or Face-to-face) regarding product, disease knowledge and selling skills.

Pass the disease and product knowledge tests.
-
Uptake ad-hoc product-related materials, knowledge and trainings to enhance product differentiation against competition.

Disseminate key product messages to healthcare professionals based on brand strategies.

Manage the territory and engage the customers:
-
Timely review and update the customer list with SFE.
-
Identify customers needs and value drivers aligned to product/service benefits based on brand customer segmentation.

Identify each prescriber and develop action plans for key accounts/customers to support territory plan.

Plan and conduct product presentations in the territory and address product-related queries from healthcare professionals.

Track competitor intelligence (price & value proposition) and number of prescriptions from each prescribers in the territory.

Fully commitment to local medical societies’ conventions and activities (such as PSRM annual convention).

Implement VEEVA based on BU/SFE guidance.

Implement customer segmentation based on brand strategies and BU/SFE guidance.

Education and Working Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (+8 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data, set sales targets, and develop effective strategies
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
