Your Role:

In this role you are responsible for product management, the major responsible for product lifecycle management, including brand plan building, brand strategy development and implementation, sales forecast, scientific communication, and KTL management

 

  • Own brand strategy & implement of marketing programs for Oncology, Fertility and Endocrinology incl. but not limited the following deliverables:
    • Disease patient journey
    • Disease patient funnel and flow
    • Customer segmentation (criteria, segmentation and messages)
    • SWOT analysis
    • Year-to-go strategies and activities
    • Develop and update necessary detailing aids

 

  • Initiate, execute and review brand plan, and cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Launch new products and lead launch-related tasks, launch program planning and execution, engage stakeholders and coordinate resources
  • Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
  • Ensure the realization of revenue (Topline) and profitability targets (Bottom line)
  • Cross-functional brand leadership – across field force, key accounts, medical, legal, regulatory, PR, pricing, market access, etc.
  • Create and manage digital channels to deliver updated knowledge to HCPs
  • Align with local, regional & global team’s direction and drive efficiently execution through sales team and timely delivery business intelligence, demands and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain good engagement with thought leaders and key medical societies
  • Plan and monitor product supply by closing with work Supply Chain
  • Plan and implement Biotech marketing strategies and tactics to drive the sales

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Science or Business
  • At least 5 years of Pharmaceutical Industry Experience including sales, marketing or medical affairs
  • Experience in Immuno-Oncology, GU Cancer or Fertility are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated track record of successful product launches and sustained performance in a competitive market
