As the Product Manager - Oncology, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. You will work closely with the Business Unit Head and the Biotech cross functional team to develop and implement marketing strategies that not only guarantee impact on company results but also align with our vision to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Brand Strategy
- Own the brand strategy and implement impactful marketing programs for our Oncology portfolio, which will include: mapping the disease patient journey, analyzing the disease patient funnel and flow and conducting customer segmentation (criteria, messaging, and engagement).
- Performing SWOT analysis to identify strengths and opportunities
- Formulating year-to-go strategies and activities
- Developing and updating essential detailing aids for sales teams
Forecasting and Planning: Establish and maintain brand potential forecasts that reflect current market dynamics
Execution and Training: Initiate, execute, and review the brand plan while aligning with training lead to prepare and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets aligned with brand strategies.
Product Launch Leadership: Spearhead the launch of new products, leading all launch-related tasks, planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and resource coordination.
Revenue and Profitability: Ensure the realization of revenue (Topline) and profitability targets (Bottom line) through effective brand management.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, including field force, key accounts, medical, legal, regulatory, public relations, pricing, and market access.
Digital Engagement: Create and manage digital channels to provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) with up-to-date knowledge and resources.
Alignment and Execution: Align with local, regional, and global team directives, driving efficient execution through the sales team and ensuring timely delivery of business intelligence, demands, and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with thought leaders and key medical societies to foster collaboration and innovation.
Supply Chain Coordination: Plan and monitor product supply in close collaboration with the Supply Chain team to ensure seamless operations.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields
- Proven expertise in Oncology and Immuno-oncology, particularly in collaboration with PSMO is ideal
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a significant advantage
- A demonstrated track record of successful new product launches and sustained performance in competitive markets
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Business
