The Role:

• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the organization's T&E managementsystem and vendor master data system.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for end-users, ensuringcomprehensive understanding of T&E and VMD system functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users,addressing T&E and VMD system-related queries and issues.
• Act as an advocate for end-users, gathering feedback and requirements to enhance theT&E and VMD systems' usability and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the T&E and VMD systems,working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
• Create and update user guides and documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility ofT&E and VMD system-related resources.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on T&E management systems andVendor Master data systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve T&E and VMD systemissues.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality training and support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail andaccuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationshipsand collaborate across functional areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP,Oracle, Concur) preferred.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma isadvantageous for identifying opportunities to enhance T&E and VMD systems' usabilityand effectiveness.
