As a Senior Change Management & Communication Expert in collaboration with a global Strategy Activation Team you are responsible for creating and delivering internal global communication and engagement activities (via different channels, e.g. intranet) as well as structured and effective change management solutions. You are responsible for designing and improving communication and change management strategies as well as for planning, developing and executing associated measures. You also will function as a gatekeeper and expert for our different internal communication channels. In close alignment with the MBS leadership team, and key stakeholders, you further conduct change management and engagement assessments, ensure proper stakeholder management, drive change readiness and identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and act as a local contact for all relevant communication & strategy activation initiatives within the organization. Moreover, you consult and coach project teams, change initiatives related to the service organization as needed.
