Your Role:

• Serve as a Senior Controlling Analyst with direct interaction with stakeholders.
• Deliver regular reporting packages and implement updates to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Involved in ad-hoc analysis and transforming data into information to align with customer requirements.
• Engage in various collaborations, ranging from simple to complex problem-solving.
• Act as a “Service Expert,” open to change and advocating for continuous improvement.
• Report to a Team Manager for administrative tasks, relevant projects, and business requirements.

Who You Are:

• Graduate in Finance/Accounting, preferably CPA; CIMA/CMA is an advantage but not required.
• Experienced in finance operations within a local or shared services setting.
• At least 5 years of experience focusing on business controlling (e.g., financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting).
• Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry and a scientific background is advantageous.
• Able to adapt to a complex and fast-paced environment with high performance expectations in a culture of continuous change.
• Collaborative, assertive, and confident in communicating at all levels of the organization.
• Team player who can identify potential issues and is solution-focused, able to propose solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig, and on a flexible schedule.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong finance and accounting foundation focused on Commercial/Business Controlling/FP&A.
• Proficient in ERP and other reporting tools.
• Ability to manage big data with a strong emphasis on reliability and quality.
• Experienced in standardization and harmonization projects; robotics process automation is an advantage.
• Background in project management, quality management, and continuous improvement.

Quantitative Skills:

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong background in various systems such as SAP and/or other ERPs, TM1, Business Intelligence, and/or Business Objects Finance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
