Your Role:
- Install, validate, maintain, service and repair Company equipment installed in the field.
- Schedule regular service visits and installations for customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure correct parts are available for all repairs, service and installations.
- Ensure standards and correct protocols are adhered to when servicing, installing, validation and repairing systems.
- Provide timely and accurate service reports.
- Ensure servicing and follow up calls are timely scheduled and appropriate.
- Attend company/ department meetings, exhibitions, seminars, sales conference and training courses as required or requested.
- Maintain company equipment and have a due regard for the security of all items, including car, laptop computer, mobile phone, sample stock and literature etc.
- Promote and sells the service contacts and consumables.
- Manage and support the Service dealers for Labwater, BioM and AA.
- Provide local service training for dealers.
- Maintain the Installed Base and service contracts.
- Provide and update opportunities/leads in SFDC to support the overall Labwater business.
- Support Distributor for the HW sales as an when required.
- Be accurate and punctual in matters of administration of business, including personal expenses as per company guidelines.
- Provide technical support and training to customers in the field, internal and external staff if necessary and appropriate.
- Align with the TEAM objectives to support the development of organization.
- Support LW business in Exhibitions, demos if required
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field service, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Proficiency in installing, validating, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and protocols.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate accurate service reports.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Flexibility to support distributor hardware sales and exhibitions.
- Adherence to company guidelines and procedures.
