Responsibilities of the role

    • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring training requirements, Identifying the training needs of each country for which they are responsible to develop a strategy, structure, curriculum, materials and programs.
    • This role has a split time of 50% in the field and 50% in the office, with the aim of identifying activities in the field to correct or work on in terms of sales technique, message delivery, use of field tools (CRM), customer knowledge, goal tracking, etc. Likewise, in their field trips, this role must be able to identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the work environment and what is happening in the market.
    • Support in communicating and alerting the Commex, SFE & Business Partner area in case of identifying technical problems of usability of data and/or tools in the field.
    • Manage with the heads of the business areas that the commercial and field teams have all the information and training they require to execute their work optimally (product knowledge, commercial / marketing strategy, use of technological tools).
    • With the support of the SFE & Business Intelligence & Digital Specialist, follow up on coaching and visit indicators, to correlate with the results of what is visualized in the field.
    • Together with the HR team, define the profiles of the sales team, the demand and their competencies based on the needs of the country and the franchise.
    • Ensure a link between the sales team members' development plan and identified gaps in their competencie
    • Proper deployment of training programs, including e-learning, which build field strength competencies, product knowledge and skills, aligned with the organization's strategy.
    • Global and regional training programs will be customized to local, and franchise needs where needed.
    • Implement, with the assistance of district managers or similar positions, a systematized feedback process, including, but not limited to a roleplay technology tool, field visit reports, and specific training guides for front-line managers.
    • Ensure the validity of medical and compliance training tools (F2F, online, testing)
    • Build and lead budget control, execution and optimization, profiling budget scenarios and phases as governance for the area.
    • He shows business vision beyond the team and understands how the team integrates with others and how they complement and support each other to achieve the shared objectives of the area. Apply adult learning principles to ensure the effectiveness of trainings.
    • Access adult learning resources to ensure the effectiveness of the trainings. Access resources to stay up to date on proven industry best practices.
    • Handles the development of metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the training curriculum, adjusting plans as appropriate to improve performance.
    • Manages external suppliers to provide high-quality services, aligned with the requirements and needs of the business units.
    • Works closely with new initiatives to understand training integration.
    • Design, develop, and implement Performance Program Evaluation models to review the results and opportunities of teams to harmonize the productivity of individuals, focusing efforts on specific needs.
    • Promote ALP-based training processes by combining gamification tools that form a superior profile in the sales force.
    • Adapt global deliverables to the needs of the sales force, adding technical content or modifying their form

EHS-S Responsibilities

    • Permanently ensure their safety and health, that of their colleagues, facilities, equipment, materials, and environment.
    • Provide clear, truthful, and complete information about their state of health whenever it may interfere with their work activities and put their integrity or that of the work team at risk.
    • Comply with the company's safety, health and environmental rules, regulations and instructions.
    • Inform the employer or contractor in a timely manner about the dangers and latent risks in their workplace.
    • Participate in the activities of induction, re-induction and other training in safety, health at work and environment defined annually.
    • Participate in and contribute to the fulfillment of safety, health at work and environmental objectives.
    • Report any incident and/or occupational and/or environmental accident that may occur within the company's activities.

Pharmacovigilance Responsibility

    • Report adverse events of which they are aware in relation to the company's products to the pharmacovigilance department within a maximum of 24 hours.

 

Strategic Impact

    • Works with business units, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Sales Force (MSLs, KAMs, Medical Representatives), Sales Training, Sales Planning, Sales Compensation and other parts of the business to manage and supervise the training process and ensure appropriate capabilities and enable the development of assigned tasks.
    • Ensure procedures are appropriate for the training program, and design, develop, and implement learning and development programs with the HR team to support business goals and strategies.
    • Strengthen the technical skills that help the business achieve its marketing goals.
    • Commercial affairs and teams, aligned with corporate values and strategy

 

Scope of Liability of Individuals

    •  
    • Coordinates and supervises the day-to-day activities of the technical or business support team to ensure the effectiveness of the team.
    • Contributes to team motivation, performance, and development through goal setting, employee coaching, performance evaluation, and reward definition.
    • Identify gaps in sales team leaders that allow the implementation of content or deliverables from HR for training in the 70-20-10 scheme.
    • Train the Regional Training Professional in their skills as facilitator and coordinator of regional activities, project follow-up and moderation of live and virtual trainings
