Your Role:
Support regional Treasury operations in APAC from the Philippines, enabling smooth cash management, liquidity oversight, and basic FX exposure tracking under the guidance of senior Treasury staff.
Key focus areas:
- Daily cash and liquidity support: assist in cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and bank reconciliation activities under supervision.
- Treasury process execution: participate in the rollout and standardized execution of regional Treasury processes, including basic cash pooling and internal clearing activities.
- Data-driven support: help collect, validate, and report Treasury-related data; contribute to dashboards and KPI tracking using Power BI/Tableau.
- FX and risk basics: support FX exposure tracking and perform routine hedging-related data entry and reconciliation as directed.
- Collaboration: work with global Treasury teams and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with regional business goals.
- Continuous improvement: stay informed on Treasury best practices and data analytics trends; support process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Project coordination: assist in planning and coordinating smaller workstreams and deliverables under supervision.

- Smooth collaboration with regional and global teams, contributing to cost-efficiency and process standardization.
Who You Are:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree not required but a plus.
- Experience
- 2–3 years in Finance/Treasury or related functions.
- SSC/BPO experience in finance, accounting, data entry, or process adherence strongly welcomed.
- Systems and tools
- Familiarity with Treasury/ERP systems (SAP preferred); basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook).
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Analytical and data skills
- Aptitude for data collection, reconciliation, reporting, and basic analysis.
- Interest in learning cash forecasting, liquidity metrics, and risk controls.
- Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to document processes clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Personal attributes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset; willingness to learn and adapt.
- Certifications (nice-to-have)
- CPA/CA fundamentals, FRM, or treasury-related certifications (ongoing or completed).
- SAP, ERP, or data-analytics certifications welcomed.
