Your Role:

 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for country CFOs, regional CFOs, and other stakeholders in APAC regarding Treasury-related topics.
  • Support the establishment of an operating team in Manila to centralize Treasury activities from local finance organizations in APAC.
  • Manage daily Treasury tasks for the region, including cash and liquidity management and FX exposure management.
  • Lead cash management and liquidity strategies across APAC, ensuring alignment with Group Treasury standards and risk frameworks.
  • Roll out global Treasury processes in the region to achieve a state-of-the-art Treasury setup.
  • Implement internal clearing and hedging processes, cash pooling, and integrate payment processes into the global Payment Factory.
  • Focus on process standardization, efficiencies, and cost savings as key drivers.
  • Maintain an active relationship with the global Treasury team in Germany for process implementation support.
  • Develop and implement financial risk management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Treasury operations with business strategies.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics and AI tools to optimize Treasury processes.
  • Act as Project Lead, responsible for planning and executing different workstreams.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, resources, and deadlines to ensure timely target achievement.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance indicators using Power BI and Tableau for data-driven transparency.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by staying updated on Treasury and data analytics best practices.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Degree in Finance, Business, or Economic Studies; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of Treasury experience in a multinational corporation.
  • Strong experience in project planning and execution, communication, and change management methodologies.
  • Expertise in data analytics and AI applications in finance.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to balance conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Treasury Management Systems and MS Office products; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) in English; proficiency in further languages (e.g., German) is a plus.
