Your Role:

Joining Business Services division, you'll provide crucial support for our global web presence, focusing on Website Support. Operating within a dedicated team, you'll manage content, coordinate projects, and ensure effective communication. Responsibilities include content management, project oversight, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs by utilizing tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, SiteImprove, and Form Assembly.

Your tasks will range from managing content creation and configuring website frameworks to supporting online communication endeavors. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with technical governance, branding standards, and design guidelines. Leveraging your expertise, you'll guide the creation and updating of website collections and individual pages, offering solutions ranging from routine updates to bespoke solutions.

• Creation of website pages for Merck, including press release pages, article pages, and similar content.
• Regular updating of webpage content, layout, components, and page properties to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Management of asset uploads, including PDFs, images, videos, and document files.
• Integration of forms, videos, and other uploaded assets to enhance user experience.
• Utilization of project management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and similar platforms to streamline workflow and ensure efficient project execution.

Your daily activities will revolve around these core responsibilities, contributing to the seamless operation and continual enhancement of our global web presence.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree major in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering
• At least 2 years work experience with Adobe Experience Manager and similar CMS like WordPress.
• At least 2 years experience in a shared services organization desired
• Business-fluent English skills
• Amenable to work on a mid shift schedule (2pm-11pm)
