Your Role 

At the heart of a large-scale, international ERP program, you will drive integrated oversight across a complex portfolio of projects, ensuring that scope, resources, timelines, and budgets are governed with precision and strategic clarity. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a senior point of coordination within the Program Management Office (PMO), working alongside global project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to keep the program on track and continuously improving. 

You will own integrated multi-project planning, including resource and budget planning, and coordinate demand and portfolio management across the program, including rolling forecasts and the timely collection of accruals. You will lead the setup and governance of individual projects in line with the SDLC process, track project status, risks, and financials, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to program leadership. You will also support procurement activities, manage relationships with internal and external partners, and play an active role in developing and refining PMO processes and ways of working. 

Who You Are 

• You bring a degree in a relevant field such as business informatics, business management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, combined with substantial experience in project or program management within a complex, international environment or a comparable consulting context. 

• You have hands on experience working within SAP environments and a strong command of project management tools such as smartsheet; you understand the full project management lifecycle, including SDLC practices. 

• You are confident managing integrated multi-project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts, and you bring a structured, analytical approach to tracking risks, progress, and financial performance across a program. 

• You have practical experience managing external partners and vendors, and you are comfortable navigating procurement processes in a program context. 

• You communicate with confidence in English, both in writing and in conversation; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. 

• You bring strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, a collaborative working style, and the ability to align priorities and build consensus across a diverse, international program organization.
