Your Role:

In this position, you will primarily focus on Active Directory Operations and Engineering. You will work extensively with Active Directory forests, DNS, DHCP, and group policies, as well as Azure Active Directory, ADFS, ADLDS, and Azure AD Connect. Your responsibilities will include managing incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring smooth operations across these systems. You will engage in global projects that will allow you to leverage your expertise on an international scale.

The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to implement effective solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience and drive improvements. Strong communication skills are essential as you will develop strategic relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect. You will also contribute to technical writing, presentations, and training initiatives. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you help shape the future of our Active Directory environment.

Who You Are:

• You have hands-on experience in Windows PowerShell scripting methodologies.
• You possess deep technical expertise in Active Directory and related technologies.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and creativity in troubleshooting complex issues.
• You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strategic customer relationships.
• You enjoy teamwork and actively contribute to your team and other stakeholders.
• You understand the importance of Change Control and similar methodologies.
• You have fundamental networking knowledge, including IP, DHCP, DNS, and routing.
• You are familiar with Active Directory monitoring tools and disaster recovery processes.
