Your role:
In this role you will be responsible for all administrative tasks and managing internal IT systems for the EU & Global HC GPA team (procurement & contracting in line with internal compliance rules, travel arrangements, managing calendars, engagement with external vendors, follow up of HC GPA budget, internal presentations and paper/IT documents archiving…) including support the EU GPA team in streamlining internal and external administrative procedures and setting up efficient processes. You will provide logistical support to our senior leaders in their visits to Brussels. You will organize internal and external meetings and events together with external vendors if needed and/or the GPA team. You will also support the EU GPA team in their work on local policies and business plans as well as their contribution to tackling the EU Pharma Strategy review and other EU legislative measures impacting the HC space. You will schedule meetings and follow up with external stakeholders (EU Parliament, Commission, Council, Conseil of Cooperation Economic, Embassies, Trade Associations, Think Tanks..) building an impactful external engagement agenda to drive results. You will also support the team in identifying external engagement opportunities and developing strategic alliances with external stakeholders.
Who you are:

- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Proven office management and administrative experience (preferable in pharmaceuticals sector)
- Strong proficiency and knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient level of English
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
