Your Role:

 

As our new Therapeutic Area Specialist (KAM) for Wallonia (South East Belgium) and Luxembourg, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Biopharma division. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to present our innovative oncology-related drugs, products, and services to prescribing doctors and multidisciplinary medical teams. Your work will play a crucial role in transforming patient lives and directly contributing to our organizational business objective. 

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits, proper usage, and clinical data supporting the products. Identify, target, and manage key accounts, including developing and executing account plans with clear objectives and strategies. Recognize and pursue partnership opportunities to develop programs and activities with commercial value. Embrace and implement new ways of working, such as leveraging digital and omnichannel approaches to engage with customers. Create and optimize access opportunities to enhance product reach and impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to support overall business goals.

 

You Are:

 

  • Ideally educated to a degree level.
  • Experienced with a minimum of 3-5 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within Oncology at the hospital client level.
  • Proficient in spoken and written French and English.
  • Motivated and enjoys working with people in a collaborative, communicative role.
  • Strong in presenting and communicating complex information clearly.
  • Capable of analyzing market data, trends and needs of healthcare providers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Skilled in identifying issues and developing effective solutions with impact.
  • Embraces new ways of working, such as leveraging omnichannel and creating access opportunities.
  • Possesses a “can do” attitude and are capable of implementing and following through on activities/projects.
