Your Role
The CRM & Analytics Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department tasks at Merck KGaA. This position is responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting office logistics, and providing exceptional service to staff and collaborators. The CRM & Analytics Coordinator will facilitate communication between departments and assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events. You will support the CRM&Analyticas team in maintaining and enhancing internal and external relationships. You will assist in managing customer data, processing inquiries, and supporting the implementation of CRM & Analytical strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in administrative responsibilities related to the Key Users community and communication plans. A key focus will be on fostering a positive and organized atmosphere that enhances productivity and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field preferred; relevant CRM or data management certifications are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, project management, or CRM roles is advantageous; familiarity with CRM systems like Veeva or Salesforce is desirable.
- Proficient in data entry, management, and analysis; skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Pharma industry experience is considered a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in English required; understanding diverse backgrounds is beneficial.
Key Accountabilities:
- Executes varied tasks of medium complexity. Adopts a broad perspective when solving problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Anticipates patterns and links. Looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.
- Works autonomously within established guidelines, standard operating procedures and defined processes and helps determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
- Shows business acumen beyond the team and understands how the team cooperates with other teams.
- Provides administrative support to CRM and FFE & Analytics teams.
- Arrange business travel, coordinate meetings, support agenda management and prepare presentations and departmental reports in area of her responsibility.
- Coordinate and manage events and conferences as needed.
- Attend meetings in area of responsibilities to keep minutes.
- Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Provides support in project managenet. Uses an array of business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet).
- Supports in preparation and execution of internal Purchase Orders.
- Supports in administrative preparation of expense reports for CRM&FFE team.
- Collects and submits the Department forms for approval.
- Impacts team performance through the quality and timeliness of own task execution, execution of routine tasks such as data entry, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Ensure that data is consistently updated and maintained in a compliant way, leading to better accuracy in customer insights, segmentation, and targeting, which are critical to inform strategies.
- Contribute to the development of scalable solutions that could be used across countries to better
- understand customer preferences.
- Facilitate better communication between the CRM & Analytical teams and other departments (within GBE&I
- and outside like GBF, MU, IT), ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
- Provides real-time analytics and reporting, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions quickly and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Identifies opportunities for improvements in the operating model, supporting changes as required, to enable optimisation of the customer engagement model
- Assists in scheduling and organizing training for new CRM & Analytics users and tools, ensuring that the Key User communities are well-equipped to leverage the CRM & Analytics systems effectively.
- Overall, the CRM& Analytics Coordinator can significantly support the strategic capabilities of the CRM team, leading to better customer relationships, increased sales, and improved overall performance.
