Your role:

  • Being at a local level the Medical responsible of the specific Therapeutic Area, providing medical/ expertise, scientific support to Commercial, interact  with the relevant stake holders, implementation of the local Clinical Program.

  • Provide to healthcare professionals and decision makers accurate, unbiased, balanced, and timely answers to requests for information about our products.

  • Establish & manage scientific/clinical relations with KTL.

  • Actively participate in key medical and scientific conferences by staffing medical information booths, gathering intelligence on competitors and critically observing sponsored speakers.

  • Lead the Medical Strategy, drive the Local Clinical Plan facilitate the submission of IST, publications and assist in site selection for CR&D clinical projects.

  • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding our products where appropriate.

  • Review and approve medical-marketing materials.

  • Collaborate in Labeling actions with Regulatory.

  • Collaborate with Market Access and Corporate Affairs Area.

  • Alignment with Global/European Medical Affairs.

  • Ensure operational excellence by sharing best practices.

  • Perform due diligence activities: medical evaluation of in-licensing offers for local products.

  • Support evaluation of medically local product development projects.

  • Communicate all quality complaints received related to Medicinal products within 24 to QA Department / Healthcare division.

         Participate to all GDP  trainings acocording to training matrix defined.

 

Who you are:

  • Professional Background: a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development out of 3 on the same role.

  • Educational Background: an MD is preferred, or alternatively, a PhD/PharmD in Health Sciences.

  • Having a specialist degree or qualification relevant to the field is a plus.

  • Strong critical thinking abilities to manage uncertainty with limited supervision.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

  • Strategic Thinking: capable of building credibility and influencing a variety of stakeholders within a matrix organization.

  • Collaborative Approach: proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and markets, emphasizing partnership and co-creation.

  • Healthcare Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and key external stakeholders.

  • Project Management: a solid track record of delivering medical affairs projects on time and with high quality.

  • Innovative Development: experience in successfully creating and implementing innovative programs and processes.
