Your role:
To direct, lead, coach and motivate a team of Medical Representatives, in the designed area in order to meet the company goals and performance standards within agreed cost parameters and the values/policies of The Company

 

People Management and Coaching
- Builds strong relationships with direct reports - creates an open, trusting environment and acoaching relationship that results in consistent top performance.
-Keeps direct reports aligned around areas goals
-Effectively prioritizes activities to target best sales opportunities
-Assumes full responsibility for all aspects of Representatives results and behaviors
-Enables sufficient coaching time and content, delivers coaching in person and in the momentand coaches to agreed standards


Territory Management
-Evaluates and analyzes business results in the area to define the reasons for low, middle andhigh representative performance
-Works with representatives to segment customers and develop territory plans
-Monitors and intervenes when necessary during implementation to ensure successfulachievement of win-win customer solutions
-Demonstrates exceptional skill in strategic thinking to effectively plan
-Anticipates potential business risks and opportunities, competitor reaction, spillover, andother possible changes in the marketplace


Execution Excellence
-Develops and uses both a short and mid-term action plan to guide day-to-day decisionmaking
-Develops and collaborates with his/her sales team where team members link their day-to-day activities with the short and mid-term action plans and proactively elevate issues andsolutions on an ongoing basis
-Monitors progress to objectives to ensure challenges are identified early and risks aremitigated
-Closely monitors sales force activities and effectiveness. Continuously strives to improve andreallocates/adjusts resources quickly based on changing responses or needs of the customer


Administration
-Maintains accurate and timely records.
-Produces and submits reports and management statistics, as required.

-Prepares the presentation about area’s activity and represents the area at all the company meetings, as required.

-Drives technology adoption across reporting individualsoUtilizes value of Multi-Channel Marketing in support of Representatives activities

-Ensures accurate and timely Customer information and knowledge in order to maintain Customer data integrity

-Communicates horizontally and vertically with colleagues in the department and company in order to ensure best setup for reaching the designated goals


Compliance
-Acts as a role-model and leads the correct understanding and implementation of companyrules, regulations and SOPs
--Respect and adhere to ethical/legal/regulatory/company guidelines and also holds the teamaccountable for the same behavior
-All other duties as assigned

 

Who you are:
-Owner of university degree

-You have at least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry,and 3 years in People Management

-You have a good knowledge of National Health System (medical, pharmaceutical, distribution)-Structures/ Functionality/ Processes

-oMixed experience both in medical detailing and commercial area.

-You have a proven drive for results and problem-solving attitude, willing to cope with resistance and problems

-You are able work under pressure, whilst maintaining quality and capable to make rapid disciplined decisions

-You have strong inspiring interpersonal skills and are persuasive with ability to influence others

-You have good level of financial and business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of ethics and integrity

-You are proficient in English and a computer literate –Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

-You are willing to travel a large part of the working time (up to 70%)
