Key Account Manager Oncology

 

Your role:

 

  • Engage and develop all relevant accounts/HCPs in the territory, in line with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers/ HCPs and stakeholders to ensure the promotion of our portfolio and company image.
  • Achieve the quarterly and annual sales objectives of your territory according to the parameters defined by the company
  • Strategical analyze the market and prioritize necessary
  • Ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with high ethics and compliance standards and all applicable legal requirements and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with all functions to ensure successful launch and/or ongoing promotion of oncology products.
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to the manager and other colleagues regarding outcomes of discussions and ongoing market developments.
  • Acquire and develop the professional competencies and abilities defined by the Company.

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • University degree or equivalent recognized Institution
  • 4-5 years working experience as Product Specialist/Medical Representative 
  • Previous experience in Oncology will be considered an asset
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • Excellent communication and team player skills, ability to work under pressure and achieving strict timeline targets willingness for on-going learning.
  • Confident and able to create long-term relationships.
  • Ability and desire to work and travel as appropriate in a field-based, customer-facing role.
