The RAM works in collaboration with the local KAM in supporting the hospital demand submission.

•   Liaise with Market Access Lead in order to ensure proper communication between LHIH and NHIH.

•   Acts as a pivotal node between local hospital /centers stakeholders with ownership regarding acquisition procedures.

•   Provide field access support services, accelerate time to treatment and implement of innovative contracting to maximise pricing and access outcomes.

•   Demonstrates territory planning, priorities, and time management specific to geographical area of responsibility.

•    Main point of contact for LHIH structures and functions. Build and develop strong relations with local LHIH, KOLs, Local Medical and Pharmacists Colleagues, Healthcare Institutions.

•    Create, develop and implement strategic and cross-functional aligned customer projects with KOLs, representatives of local Medical and Pharmacists Colleagues, Healthcare Institutions

•   Set up strategies for traditional and non-traditional customers.

•   Comunicate all quality complaints received within 24 to QA Department.

•   Communicate all AE received within 24h to LPRV.

•   Participate to all GDP/ISO trainings acocording to training matrix defined

STRATEGIC IMPACT

•    Collect relevant market informations, on systematically basis. Feedback to interested and impacted departments about relevant competitor’s activity.

•   Help develop new strategies-uses insights and suggestions gained from working with KOL to provide feedback, on how to tailor marketing strategies and increase market presence.

•   Keeps Leadership Team informed and updated on all relevant facts and events, on regulations changes at local level, tender and acquisition.

•    Create reports/analysis for internal stakeholders based on requests.

Who you are:

  • Good understanding of medical, marketing, commercial and compliance aspects, as well as their impact on the affiliate business.
  • Strategic view with at least 5-7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical environment preferably oncology and neurology.
  • Demonstrate high level of energy, drive, and personal responsibility to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects/programs, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross functional team success.
  • Fluent in English, valid driver’s license as up to 70% is working time is on the field.
