Your Role: You will act as a strategic partner to customers using DxRM products, with a special focus on Pharma, Industrial, Testing, and Academia, delivering tailored solutions that fit their workflows and ensure supply continuity. You will work in the field to expand our footprint within assigned accounts by identifying unmet needs, increasing wallet share, and seeding new opportunities into R&D or related functions in collaboration with DxRM Specialists. You will manage an assigned territory, achieving sales and gross profit goals for the DxRM portfolio in your geography. You will translate customer requirements into practical solutions, leveraging your experience across the product value chain from seed demand in R&D through to order conversion. You will listen actively to customers, uncover pain points, and present compelling product solutions using strong sales techniques and business acumen. You will forecast accurately and provide detailed pipeline insights at scheduled intervals. You will partner closely with customers to understand their production processes, quality requirements, and compliance needs, delivering value that enhances efficiency. You will use data and customer insights to craft growth strategies that increase wallet share and foster long-term loyalty. You will continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors to refine account plans and drive cross-selling opportunities. You will thrive in a highly matrixed organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer success and innovation.

 

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience with DxRM / Pharma / IVD / Industrial customers, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical field or Business; MBA is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the full industrial product development and manufacturing value chain, clinical testing development chain, or pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing chain.
  • Excellent ability to diagnose customer needs and propose effective product solutions, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Disciplined CRM usage and experience navigating RFPs, tenders, supply agreements, and QAAs.
  • Highly accurate forecast accuracy (target ±5%), robust quota pipeline generation (4–5x quota), and demonstrated price realization within guidance.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and the ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region and conduct both face-to-face and virtual customer engagements regularly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach to teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
