Your Role:

 

As the LSPS Regional Deployment Lead, you will be a key change agent for our Production System implementation across manufacturing sites and distribution centers in your region. You will oversee deployment activities, ensuring successful activation of the Production System within our Integrated Supply Chain & Operations network. Your responsibilities include site preparation, change management, initial training, maturity assessments, tactical improvement planning, and continuous improvement. Post-deployment, you will coach local teams to ensure sustainability and growth, while also owning global element standards and engaging with the LSPS Community.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in operations management and/or operations excellence.
  • Master's Degree in technical field such as production or supply chain management; Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and manage diverse sites across Europe.
  • Strong focus on capability creation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams for long-term success.
  • Ability to collaborate with global experts and facilitate training sessions.
  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset for operational excellence
