Your role: 

In this highly impactful and future oriented role, you are responsible for all aspects of the site quality organization.

Together with your leadership team you lead an organization of 70+ employees in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Quality Systems.

Reporting to the Site Head, you join a dynamic site leadership team and support all 3 business of our Life Science division, i.e Science & Lab Solutions, Process Solutions and Life Science Solutions. 

The site manages a large, diverse and growing product portfolio (over 20'000 products).

We operate to the following quality systems: ISO 9001, 17034, 17025, 13485 and ICH Q7A

Your key deliverables are:

• Maintain Management System according to ISO 9001,13485,17025 and 17034 (where applicable), and according to requirements for GMP- and Medical Device products, as applicable
• Support fast growing business through process improvement, OPEX and new technologies
• Develop and maintain an organizational structure and departmental infrastructure to meet safety, quality, service, quality & productivity objecives for the business
• Further develop the site with the leadership team

Who you are:

• Demonstrated leadership, people development, and coaching skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or life science-related field and/or certification in Quality Management or related area required
• Minimum of 8+ years of successful experience in a quality leadership role with successful demonstration of the key quality assurance responsibilities
• Strong knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 21CFR GMP requirements and guidelines.
• German and English language skills: fluent is a must.
• Proven track record to drive engagement and culture development
• Capable in delivering continuous improvement and operational excellence
