Your Role:


Join our BioMonitoring Sales Team and take charge of driving sales for our microbiological portfolio, primarily focused on the pharma segment, QC, and contract labs. You’ll be the go-to person for your territory, actively engaging with customers, collaborating with Field Sales Specialists, and working with dealers to expand our customer base. Your excellent time management skills will help you follow up on customer projects effectively, while providing top-notch technical information to meet their needs. Build long-term relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities. This role offers great potential for growth and a clear career path within our dynamic team.

 

Who You Are:

 

 

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.
  • Solid background in pharma/water microbiology, with in-depth knowledge of relevant products and tools (e.g., Office 365, Salesforce).
  • Proficient in managing territory and business field, spending over 70% of your time in the field.
  • Established network within the business unit and among key customers, with strong communication, selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical microbiology testing; knowledge of rapid microbiology methods is a plus.
  • Typically requires a graduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline (minimum BSc).
  • Proficiency in Polish, Czech, Baltic languages, or Ukrainian is an additional advantage.
