Your role:

In this role you will lead, motivate and inspire the Sales Force team to maximize its contribution, performance and individual development. You will ensure excellent territory teamwork; and field execution of marketing strategies and actions that ensure the short, medium and long-term success of the Business Unit. 

You will manage a team of sales representatives (REPs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs), and report to Business Unit Head.

  • Lead KAMs and REPs in order to achieve their goals. Coach and develop effective selling skills in line with company strategy; monitor and review territory performance regularly; gives feedback on performances on a regular basis.
  • Support the KAMs at developing center by center strategies and tactics and the REPs at strategical thinking and execution excellence.
  • Reinforce the KAMs and REPs engagement in omnichannel approach focusing on new digital initiations besides supporting the execution.
  • Active contribution to development of marketing strategies and tactics; annual brand plans and business reviews.
  • Ensures successful implementation of marketing strategies and tactics; monitors the impact and propose actions.
  • Analyzes and concludes on the available customer, market, and competitive data and provides feedback to the team and to the product managers and medical colleagues.
  • As leader contribute to deliver success through a high performing team - by supporting the Collaboration & Accountability & Execution Excellence internally among sales team members; and externally among sales, marketing and medical teams.
  • Continuous learning to stay updated in terms of professional and scientific information in therapeutic areas being responsible for: Cardiology, Diabetology, Fertility, Growth Hormone, Thyroids.

Who you are:

  • Life sciences university degree 
  • Min 3 years Sales Manager experience at innovative pharma company with RX products
  • Native Hungarian
  • Fluent business English
  • Solid MS Office literacy
  • Driving license
  • Other skills: strong people leadership and talent management; strategical approach; ability to synthesize; results-oriented; work cross-functional; accountability; accurate execution; customer-oriented approach; self-initiative; ability to manage change and innovation; resilience; has capability and willingness to learn.

Preferably:

  • Marketing or Business degree
  • Experience in Key Account Management and/or managing Key Account Managers
  • Experience in product management and/or marketing related project management
