Your Role: 

Adapt the global strategy of the product to local needs and develop the Local Commercial Brand Plan. Is responsible for the implementation of the commercial tactical plan and assure cross functional collaboration with all supporting functions in Healthcare. Provides to the Sales Team the right market and product insights, and develop the promotional materials and activities needed. Assure the optimal communication to customers using both face to face and digital channels. Develop, implement, and monitor the launch plans of new products, assuring high standards and collaborating with all related functions.

  • Preparation of the Brand/Launch plans
  • Creation of regular market analysis, planning and executing marketing actions with the involvement of the relevant stakeholders
  • Preparation of the marketing and cost budget for the assigned product groups in agreement with the Business Unit Head
  • Competitive analysis both from portfolio and resources point of view
  • Preparation of promotional materials and cycle plans in alignment with the Business Unit Head
  • Spend 5-10% of the time in the field with the Key Account Managers to get insights from external stakeholders and gain feedback about the implementation of marketing/sales tools
  • Organize all the commercial events included in the Brand/Launch plan
  • Organize regular trainings and educations in relation of the Brand/Launch plans to the sales teams, in agreement with the supervisors and the medical advisor, prepare education materials and training materials
  • Network with all relevant internal stakeholder to assure a proper cross functional teamwork
  • Perform other tasks, ad hoc demands assigned by the Business Unit Head and which relates to the nature of the job
  • Further develop both internal and external digital communication channels

Who you are:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in Science, Marketing, or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand/Product Management, ideally within an innovative pharmaceutical company. Candidates with marketing management experience from other business sectors will also be considered.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align decisions with strategic goals.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking to navigate complex challenges and support impactful business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced project management skills to ensure smooth planning and execution of initiatives.
  • Collaborative team player who builds consensus across functions, capable of influencing without formal authority, and consistently seeks win-win solutions.
  • Proactive and independent, taking ownership and accountability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Flexible and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English is essential.
  • Valid driving licence.

 

pay range:  14,000,000 - 18,000,000 HUF
