Your Role

Strategic Leadership & Commercial Management: Leads subregional sales strategy, business planning, and execution aligned with global goals. Monitors financial KPIs and ensures commercial procedures follow global and legal standards.

Legal & Compliance Representation Acts as the legal representative for the company in regulatory matters. Participates in compliance committees, legal integration workshops, and SOP definition.

People Leadership & Development: Manages and develops teams, oversees HR systems (HR4you), and promotes diversity initiatives. Drives communication and performance at all organizational levels.

Project & Risk Management: Leads cross-functional projects with clear scopes, budgets, and timelines. Ensures risk assessments, resource planning, and compliance with audit and CAPA actions.

Customer Engagement & Operational Excellence: Fosters strong customer relationships and satisfaction through regular visits and support alignment. Defines communication channels and supervises sales operations (SFDC, initiatives).

Pricing, Procurement & Financial Oversight: Defines pricing strategies, discount approvals, and sales incentives. Approves purchase requisitions (Ariba), manages contracts (Ledox), and reviews CAPEX projects.
Who you are:
- Educational Background: Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Business.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; international experience is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Strong background in Pharma, Food & Beverage, and Chemical industries. Experience across commercial functions and project management.
- Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead and develop teams with limited supervision. Motivates others through empowerment and clear direction.
- Core Competencies: Future-oriented, results-driven, innovative, and collaborative. Thrives in complex and dynamic environments.
- Communication & Influence: Effective communicator with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Builds alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Tools & Business Acumen: Skilled in business analysis and tools like Power BI and SFDC. Understands market dynamics and supports data-driven decisions.
The location base is in PORTO RICO.
