Your Role:
- The role involves representing the Process Solution Business at key management meetings and serving as the company's legal representative in dealings with local authorities, media, and customs for Life Science and Biopharma.
- Key responsibilities include conducting annual risk analysis, managing people development via HR systems, overseeing audits, and participating in compliance and legal workshops.
- The position involves defining sales plans, setting strategic actions aligned with global objectives, and collaborating with customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, the role entails tracking financial KPIs, developing and retaining talent, establishing commercial policies, and interacting with support teams across finance, HR, and logistics.
- Frequent visits to key customers are required to maintain service quality, and the individual will lead project planning and execution, managing risks and ensuring on-time project delivery.
- The role also includes pricing management, CAPEX project review, and procurement responsibilities.
- The role significantly influences customer satisfaction and contributes to business targets in a region with diverse customer types and socio-political challenges.
- The role requires interaction with multiple stakeholders across various functions and geographies, from local management to global teams, in a dynamic and complex environment.
Who you are:
- Graduate degree in relevant fields (Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Business).
- Fluent in English and Spanish; international experience preferred.
- Experience in the pharma, chemical, or F&B sectors, with expertise in people management and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive results.
The location base is in PORTO RICO.
