Your Role: Are you ready to lead the design and align operations of our cloud-native data & analytics technology stack consisting of AWS and Palantir Foundry? As the Tech Lead, you are responsible for designing and architecting the engineering & operations of our global data and analytics technology stack. To be successful in this role you will need to act as an authority figure who will guide our four sectors to ensure best practices are applied when leveraging the Palantir Foundry platform alongside AWS. As part of the newly established Data Office, you will work closely with the Lead Product Manager. You will provide thought leadership for a team of Data, Cloud, and DevOps engineers. Your focus together with the engineering team is on implementing and operating a cloud-based technology stack for data & analytics, building up our engineering best practices and Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD), and providing guidance to junior engineers within the team and beyond. You use your creativity to find innovative, fast, and sustainable solutions while ensuring security, compliance with regulations (e.g. GxP), scalability, and uptime of our distributed cloud-based environments. You drive the technical foundation for advanced platform topics such as Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and (ML-)Ops in close collaboration with the Architecture team. You focus on both the cloud-native data & analytics technology stack and the frame for all data & analytics solutions delivered within the ecosystem. You will also take over functional leadership responsibility to drive the evolution of the technology stack, leading and coaching other engineers as we build out our engineering capabilities across the company.
