The Role 

Reporting to the Biotools Production Manager, the Biotools Production Trainer is responsible for managing all aspects of production operator training and development in their respective department. The specific responsibility for induction/training of new operators, cross training of existing operators, development of appropriate training plans, and maintaining/updating of all applicable operator training records. In the absence of the Production Manager, the Operations leader assumes overall responsibility of relevant departments.

Duties:

•    The specific responsibility for induction/training of new operators, 
•    Cross training of existing operators, development of appropriate training plans 
•    Maintaining/updating of all applicable operator training records. 
 

Who You Are

•    FETAC Level 6 Train the Trainer qualification 
•    Strong effective communication skills (oral and written) in all aspects of business matters 
•    Ability to select from a variety of instructional methods to ensure transfer of knowledge 
•    High level of Job Knowledge on training material being delivered 
•    Good planning and organisational ability, self motivated and works on own initiative 
•    Computer literate - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. 
•    Broad knowledge of the organization, rules, regulations and work policies 
•    Strong empathy with trainees and ability to coach/mentor as required 
•    Experience of working in GMP, regulated environment e.g. ISO certified, FDA etc.
