Your Role:

Join our dynamic Customer Applications team within the Process Solutions commercial organization! As an Upstream Customer Application Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Upstream Process to collaborate with customers and drive sales in your region. Your role will involve developing integrated strategies, supporting sales teams, and presenting our Upstream expertise to customers through engaging interactions.
You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, positioning cell culture media and associated upstream products, whilst ensuring successful brand awareness across the portfolio. Who You Are

• You bring over 5 years of relevant technical experience in the life sciences sector, with practical expertise in Upstream processes.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of sales cycles from prospecting to closure within the Biopharmaceutical industry, supported by relevant commercial experience.
• You possess experience in biological production across various modalities, including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), as well as Cell and/or Gene therapy.
• You excel at managing complex and dynamic projects, engaging effectively with a diverse range of key stakeholders.
• You adopt a customer-focused, proactive, and action-oriented approach.
• You demonstrate an inquisitive and analytical mindset.
• You are an effective communicator.
• You are adept at prioritizing and organizing work, employing strategic thinking, and adapting to changing needs while fostering strategic working relationships.

This is a remote position based in Ireland, necessitating regular travel within the country and occasional travel throughout Europe. The ideal candidate will be situated near Cork or Dublin.
