The Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our commercial engagement with our Taiwanese Patterning customers including key accounts management, development of account strategies, achieving revenue/profitability goals, formulate opportunity and growth plans, management of customer relationship and ensure quality support to the cusomers.
Your Role:
- Make annual sales targets and achieve
- Implement company strategies and execute our plans (CIP, PCN)
- Prioritise our resources to support our customers. First thing first.
- Foster teamwork and ensure all decisions are made with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivering results.
- Develop customer relationships including opportunity pipeline management and account development plans.
- Use Salesforce.com to document all customer activities, opportunities, risks, wins, losses, etc.
- Formulate growth strategies and implement to sustain our market position
- Develop the appropriate market approach for the customers
- Drive the growth opportunities at customer’s sides by teaming up with Customer Applications
- Obtain customer forecasts and update all marketing/supply chain systems to allow proper planning to meet the customers’ needs.
- Report customer status
- Report competition status
- Convey voice of the customer to cross departments to fulfill customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, commercial/science/technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial experiences or equivalent customer facing experiences/roles in semiconductor industry or electronics industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales/negotiations, account management/business development, new account development, and customer relationships
- Strong negotiations, communications, and presentation skills
- Candidate needs to be comfortable in a high-tech, fast-paced environment
- Proven experiences to independently handle negotiations with customers and review with Legal / Marketing business partners
