Your Role
You will support the Customer Excellence department, where you will perform administrative activities focused on customer satisfaction. In this position, you will dedicate 60% of your time to collection tasks and 40% to customer service. You will be responsible for generating reports to support the CF area, answering common customer inquiries such as delivery times, prices, and the use of the Company’s websites. Additionally, you will register and review controlled products, manage queues in SFDC, review returns according to policy, and handle reprocessing such as re-invoicing.
Who You Are
- Student in the 4th or 5th year of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Administrative careers (a letter of confirmation or university application is required).
- English: basic reading and writing (intermediate is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced Excel skills (cross-referencing, searching, formulas, and pivot tables).
- Effective communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- High organizational skills and time management.
- Team player and flexible in adapting to changes.
