Your Role

You will be responsible for incident management and on-site support across all IT integration activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuity of internal technology services. Your role will include supporting the full lifecycle management of IT assets, from deployment and maintenance to decommissioning. You will also oversee software license administration and user access management, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while delivering an excellent user experience at every interaction. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external technology vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and alignment with internal requirements. Your proactive approach and customer-centric mindset will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing the overall IT support function within the organization.

 

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (completed).

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, providing operating system support and acting as a technology facilitator with direct interaction with internal users.

  • Soft Skills: Strong team player with a high customer service orientation, well-organized, and proactive in suggesting improvements.

  • Languages: Intermediate English—able to write tickets and manage basic conversations.

  • Technical Background: Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), MDM tools like Intune, laptops, desktops, HP printers, and inventory tools such as SNOW. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Skype, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), basic networking and communications, Windows 10/11, and image creation tools such as SCCM.
