Your Role
You will work as a technician within a regulated laboratory environment, applying your expertise in rodent and non-rodent species autopsies, routine histotechnique (tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining), and ancillary laboratory tasks — all conducted in full compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative new molecules by producing high-quality histological material that supports preclinical research. You will be encouraged to continuously expand your technical knowledge and grow within a dynamic, science-driven environment.
Who You Are
- 5-year high school diploma (required)
- Excellent communication skills in Italian(required)
- Good communication skills in English(required)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows operating systems; Experience with laboratory management applications
- Strong interest and aptitude in digital pathology
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team as well as interact with other laboratories and departments.
- Proactive attitude with autonomous organizational and time-management skills
- Falling under protected categories (Law 68/99)
Salary Package:
- Annual Base Salary (RAL): €28.600 – €33.000
- Categoria CCNL: E - D
- Variable Compensation (AIP/SIP)
