Role : Apprentissage 

Nous recherchons un·e stagiaire en informatique, idéalement issu·e du CPNV ou de l'ETML, pour rejoindre notre équipe de support à Aubonne ou Vevey dans le cadre d'un stage d'un an. C'est une excellente opportunité pour les étudiant·es souhaitant acquérir une expérience pratique dans le domaine de l'informatique et du support technique.

Ton role :

• Assister l'équipe de support dans la résolution des problèmes techniques rencontrés par les utilisateurs.

• Participer à la gestion et à la maintenance des systèmes informatiques.

• Contribuer à la documentation des procédures et à la mise à jour de la base de connaissances.

• Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe sur divers projets d'amélioration des services

Ton profil :

• Connaissances en systèmes d'exploitation, réseaux et support technique.

• Fortes compétences en communication

• aptitude à travailler en équipe.

• Autonomie

• Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches de front.
