Within the Production department of the Biotech Manufacturing Center in Corsier-sur-Vevey, you will join and lead a team of high-performing technicians and engineers specialized in the production of recombinant proteins. You will report directly to the department head, with whom you will closely collaborate.

As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 12 people. You will organize and oversee all production activities to ensure that products are manufactured according to established plans and in compliance with cGMP.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of improvement and innovation projects as well as collaboration among teams. You challenge the status quo, are results-oriented while prioritizing the engagement and development of your team members.

Your Profile:

• Excellent knowledge of quality standards applicable in the industry.
• Significant experience in managing a team in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Recognized for your leadership skills and ability to build human relationships.
• Great flexibility and versatility.
• Strong sense of collaboration with your team members and other groups.
