Join our dynamic Digital Plant team and dive into the fascinating world of operational planning and digitalization. Our specialized team focuses on creating high-performance digital tools aimed at optimizing the efficiency of our colleagues. Operational planning in production presents complex challenges, and our digital planning solution is designed to automate this process.
The intern will be responsible for establishing governance and developing training materials for the operational planning software in production areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with operational teams, including planning experts, while working alongside our digital team. You will utilize cutting-edge automated tools and participate in updating and developing planning models for production, while providing daily support to end users.
This internship will enhance your skills in operational planning and digitalization, offering you practical experience in establishing cross-functional governance for the management, monitoring, and implementation of improvements to the planning software. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating digital training materials tailored to user needs, thus facilitating the adoption and effective use of the software.
Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will receive coaching and support throughout your internship, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
Your Profile:
- University or technical student with knowledge in biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, digitalization, or a related field.
- Currently undertaking studies in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Ability to establish simple and effective processes that encourage adoption and use.
- Strong creativity and innovation skills, with an interest in digital tools.
- Agile and curious mindset to learn about pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, both upstream and downstream.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Proficiency in French is essential; good knowledge of English is required.
