Role level: Internship

 

Main project:

The primary focus of this internship will be on developing and implementing a capacity management model. The intern will work on projects that include:

  • Training on current capacity management tool used by other departments on site
  • Observation and Measurement of current quality operations activities in order to develop and build a capacity model in the context of the ongoing work in other departments
  • Testing and Implementation of the model with adaptations as needed

 

Your Role: 

  • Collaborate with a close-knit team of 8-10 employees to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop the capacity management tool.
  • Conduct testing and validation by team of the tool to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Document processes and results for future reference.

 

Your profil:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English
