 Job Title: Digital Automation Specialist (RPA) - Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage RPA solutions to automate supply chain and logistics processes, such as order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather project requirements.
• Analyze existing supply chain processes to determine automation feasibility and create detailed documentation for automated workflows.
• Support and maintain RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to automation effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, particularly in supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and workflow automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
• French and English fluent
