As a Lab Equipment Specialist, you will be essential in maintaining and improving our Laborytory Equipmeht Devices, ensuring the technical availability of our equipment. You will be integrated in a multidiciplinary team, ensuring the role of technical expert and coordination with our external partners, with final objective to optimize laboratory operations.
YOUR ROLE
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Laboratory equipment
- Technical coordination with scientist department to solve technical challenges and enhance efficiency.
- Troubleshout issues, perform root cause analysis on GMP environment.
- Ensure life cycle management of Laborytory equipmnent to maximize their value and longevity.
- Manage related technical documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate on the integration of new equipment.
- Coordination with Lab Equipment suppliers (Waters, Mettler Toledo and others)
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance reliability, efficiency, and system performance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education level: CFC or HES degree in technical field
- Good level of spoken English and French (minimum B1 in one and B2 in the other).
- Good experience in UPLC maintenance and Empower.
- Good knowledge in SAP and Excel, and deep knowledge in GXP regulated environment.
- Experience in managing laboratory equipment projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Openness towards new technologies and working methodologies.
- Autonomous, organized and quality driven with good communication skills
