Your role:

As the QA Operations Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of operational quality within our cutting-edge facility. You will oversee quality assurance across production, quality control (QC), and supply chain activities, ensuring that we meet our clinical program timelines with excellence. Your responsibilities will include the release of raw materials, the timely review of batch records, and the coordination of tech transfer activities for the introduction of new molecules, all while being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

We are looking for a passionate leader who can inspire a culture of quality excellence throughout the site. You will have the opportunity to promote continuous improvement and drive innovative solutions in a supportive and collaborative environment. This managerial role will lead a talented team of four, where your leadership qualities, transparency, agility, flexibility, and resilience will be key to our success.

Who you are:

• Scientific education (master preferred or equivalent profile of experience) in biology, chemistry, engineering or other
• Experienced in Pharmaceutical Industry and biotech processes (5 to 10 y) and in QA with excellent knowledge of cGMP (2-5y)
• Experienced in People management (>3y)
• Fluent in English and French
• Agile in a fast-changing environment and resilient
• Pragmatic with risk-based approach.
• Collaborative and team player
• Decision maker
