Role Overview

Join a global CS team were data drives decisions. You’ll turn insights into action, improving operations and customer experience across regions.

 

Your Role

  • Build and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reports (Tableau, Salesforce, Palantir)
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance standards
  • Deliver insights to drive performance and strategy
  • Act as SME in data models and reporting tools
  • Support global standardization and digital transformation initiatives
  • Partner with IT on systems, integrations, and UAT
  • Promote data-driven culture and analytics adoption

 

Who You Are

  • +2 years in Customer Service / Call Center + training exposure
  • Strong skills in Palantir, Tableau, Salesforce, Excel
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Strong analytical thinking & data storytelling
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, global, matrix environments
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
