Act as a production planner for a new investment project in South Korea for Life Science business during start-up and later in operations. The candidate will be responsible for products transfer related function and planning and scheduling activities and key user role from start-up and future plant routine operation.

Your role:

• Manage and carry out production quantities and schedules for manufactured products, and packaging scheduling activities for all products
• Maximize production capability for on-time delivery, correct planning & response through establishing efficient communication with internals customer and in line with customer requirement
• Be responsible for reasonable inventory levels in accordance to forecast, both raw materials and finish goods to achieve company objectives and optimize the inventory through analysis and fine-tuning SAP parameter 
• Set up and review short-term and long-term production capacity, analyze and solve problems to ensure the execution of an achievable production plan
• Analyze data and make relevant production report like production efficiency, include conversion cost analysis 
• Develop and maintain the production planning work related SOPs and document in timely.
• Execute daily operation according to SOP, WI and procedure
• Ensure data quality and system quality in routine operation
• Continuous improvement and perform improvement activities in daily operation 
• Uses analytics skills to resolve issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent a recurrence
• Communicate and cooperation with global and other departments from time to time for the fulfillment of customer's orders.
• Assist management to achieve SCM KPI in daily operation
• Assist continuous improvement and perform improvement activities in daily operation 
• Take charge other SAP related responsibilities to ensure site projects and operations under a well execution 
• Key User role
• Other tasks assigned by superior

Who you are:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 5+ years experience in the related areas
• Supply chain planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Technical Skills and Knowledge about SAP PP/MM module or SAP APO planning
• SAP launch experience preferred
• CPIM certificate is preferred
• Good command in English and Korean in writing and speaking
• Customer orientation
• Ability to work within a team environment and with cross-functional teams
• A demonstrated proactive, problem-solving mentality with analytical skills
• Time management skills, ability to prioritize
• Analytical, problem solving, 
• Skills of organizational and teamwork to work in an environment with changing priorities, along with the ability to effectively manage projects
• Good teamwork attitude, initiative, and hard-working, and good communication skills.
