Your Role:

• Responsible for implementing and continuously improving safety programs to achieve full compliance with all applicable laws & regulations and our EHS requirements.
• Main roles are management of Process Safety and ISO45001, support general safety.
• Work collaboratively with other Korea plants EHS staff.
• Maintain and regular review the compliance of global standard and local chemical regulations.
• Supporting the implementation and validation of our Group EHS requirements with Daejeon site EHS manager.
• Leading the process safety assessment for site operation teams.
• Leading HAZOP for site operation team and management of HAZOP results and tracking improvement status, regular review with relevant team.
• Development Daejeon site Pross Safety Information documents and management.
• Supporting JSA, Machine Safety Analysis, general risk assessment etc for site operation team.
• Development and management of PSM and ISO45001 documents, response of regular audit.
• Communication and collaboration with global team and local team for process safety implementation on site.
• Communication with Korea PS team and response of corporate regular audit.
• Leading the incident investigation activity about process safety related incident

Who you are:

• 7+ years' experience on Process Safety and/or programs in multinational companies.
• Bachelor degree in Safety, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Good knowledge for process safety and risk assessment methodology, and PHA Works software.
• Preference: Engineer Industrial Safety Certificate(산업안전기사) or Industrial Engineer Industrial Safety Certificate(산업안전산업기사) or Industrial Engineer Hazardous material(위험물산업기사 or 위험물기능장). Dangerous goods(DG)/hazardous substance management experience preferred. EHS compliance global and local audit response experience preferred.
• Mandatory : PSM (공정안전보고서) management
• Excellent leadership, program and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
