Your Role:

1. Construction and Maintenance

• Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate regular maintenance activities for labs, equipment, and utilities, including HVAC maintenance and janitorial services.
• Obtain necessary construction permits and ensure adherence to local building codes.
• Supervise the use of heavy equipment, ensuring safe operating procedures are followed.
• Coordinate high-altitude work and ensure the safety of personnel involved.

2. Utilities and Infrastructure

• Manage the facility's utility systems, including electricity, water, and gas, by monitoring consumption, ensuring efficient usage, and addressing any issues or malfunctions.
• Oversee the storage and handling of cryogenic gases such as liquid nitrogen, argon, and helium.
• Ensure the safe handling of reactive gases, including ammonia, hydrogen, and oxygen.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of pumps, chillers, and air compressors.
• Manage air emissions facilities to comply with environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the reliability of the facility's electrical systems.

3. Safety and Security

• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections.
• Manage security systems to protect the facility and its occupants.

4. Environmental Compliance

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimize the facility's environmental impact, including waste disposal, wastewater treatment, and air quality control.
• Coordinate the disposal of waste materials and wastewater.

5. Emergency Preparedness

• Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios.
• Conduct regular drills and coordinate with local emergency services.

6. Asset Management

• Track and manage the facility's assets, including equipment, inventory, and property records.
• Conduct regular inspections of firefighting equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.

7. Vendor Management

• Contract with and manage vendors for various services, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.

Who You are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technical field or above
• + 10 or more years’ experiences in facility management at chemical company
• Preferred experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Certificate of Electricity is mandatory (Gases certificate is preferred)
• Experience in rotating equipment (including rotating parts such as aeroplanes, scrubbers, chiller, pumps, etc.)
• Experienced Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR) management and improvement activities
• Experience with SAP (ERP) is required.
• Good English skill - reading and writing
