Your Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and strategic thinker to take on the role of the (Senior) Program Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Finance Excellence and Lumina Program Lead, within the Chief Finance Transformation and Strategy Office (CFTSO). In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in collaborating with the wider project team and ensuring the seamless delivery of our Lumina program initiatives. You will maintain strong program standards, prepare high-quality materials for critical meetings, and act as the primary steward of Lumina’s initiative.

 

As a trusted partner to Lumina leadership, you will drive alignment across teams, enable fact-based decision-making, and support consistent operational practices across the program. Core responsibilities include preparing and coordinating for Steering committee and other program meetings and prioritization sessions, maintaining robust documentation of key decisions, and ensuring transparency throughout the governance activities. You will also oversee and continuously improve key steering tools – such as risk and decision logs, approval workflows, and the Lumina Sharepoint environment.

 

In addition, you will execute and support tasks based on the evolving priorities of the Head of Finance Excellence and Lumina Program Lead. By proactively identifying and driving opportunities for operational improvement, you will enhance the program’s ability to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with Lumina’s strategic ambitions. Your role is essential to safeguarding the integrity of the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with Lumina’s strategic objectives, and driving successful delivery at every level. Your role modeling will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the team.

 

Who you are:

  • Degree in business administration, project management, finance, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in program governance within a complex organizational environment
  • Proactive, structured working style with a collaborative and agile mindset
  • Effective communicator who can engage and align stakeholders at different levels
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing interests and driving alignment across diverse groups
  • Strong understanding of governance structures, meeting facilitation, and structured decision-making
  • Practical experience with Agile methods and concepts is preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities, including experience preparing metrics, reports, or decision papers
  • Confident working with collaboration and program tools
