Your Role:
We are seeking a highly energetic and proactive collaborator to take on the role of the (Senior) Project Manager, functionally reporting to the Program Department Lead for Data Quality and Reporting. In this key position, you will play an important role in collaborating with the Lumina Program Department and wider cross-functional teams steering and monitoring the project execution of Lumina initiative. You will maintain strong program standards, prepare high-quality materials for critical meetings, and act as the primary steward of Lumina’s initiative.
As a trusted partner to Lumina Data Quality and Reporting leadership, you will participate and facilitate agile planning activities, monitor the activities planned as part of the Lumina roadmap planning and periodically reviewing progress. Core responsibilities include preparing and coordinating for agile sync meetings, supporting Lumina program meetings and prioritization sessions, maintaining robust documentation of key decisions, and ensuring transparency throughout the governance activities. You will also oversee and continuously improve key steering tools – such as risk and decision logs, approval workflows, and the Lumina Sharepoint environment. Your role modeling will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the team.
Who you are:
- Degree in business administration, project management, finance, or a related field
- Several years of experience in project governance within a complex organizational environment
- Proactive, structured working style with a collaborative and agile mindset
- Effective communicator who can engage and align stakeholders at different levels
- Practical experience with Agile methods and concepts is preferred
- Strong analytical abilities, including experience preparing metrics, reports, or decision papers
- Confident working with collaboration and program tools
